I am Lillian Zarzar, the founder of The Zarzar Group. As an interpersonal and public communication coach, I specialize in helping business leaders address communication challenges in difficult conversations. When I am not working with clients, helping them reach their potential, I am spending time in the college classroom. One of my highest values is education; opening the conduits of communication establishes the foundation of learning effective interpersonal skills. As an educator and coach, I love seeing the look of surprise from my students and clients as they uncover a profound insight. I strive to inspire, motivate, and challenge my students.

It is not uncommon for me to be asked, "What are you doing here in class with us, when you should be out changing the world?" My reply is simple, "I am changing the world... through all of you!"
